Terms and Conditions for Sunflower Seltzer $100 Gift Card Giveaway

Eligibility: The Sunflower Seltzer $100 Gift Card Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of Ohio who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and representatives of Fifty West Brewing Co. LLC and Jungle Jim's International Market, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored by Fifty West Brewing Co. LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 7605 Wooster Pike, Cincinnati, OH.

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:

To enter, purchase a 6-pack of Sunflower THC Seltzer at either Jungle Jim’s International Markets during the Promotion Period.

Visit the designated entry form link provided in the promotional materials and submit the following:

Your full name, email address, and optional phone number.

A clear photo or scanned copy of your receipt showing the date, location, and purchase of the 6-pack of Sunflower THC Seltzer.

Indicate the number of 6-packs purchased (one entry per 6-pack).

Limit one entry per 6-pack purchased. Each receipt can only be submitted once.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $100 gift card to Jungle Jim’s International Market. The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about February 3, 2025.

The winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry.

The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner in a random drawing.

Receipt Requirements: The receipt submitted must clearly show the date, location, and purchase of the 6-pack of Sunflower THC Seltzer from Jungle Jim’s International Market. Receipts that are illegible, altered, or do not meet these criteria will be disqualified.

Privacy: By entering the Promotion, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information, including email addresses, by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the Promotion.

General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio.

Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Jungle Jim’s International Market, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
