We naturally carbonated with a technique called spunding which lends to a smooth rounded mouthfeel and scrub. Expect a clean light beer with a dry finish and balanced hop presence.

We then conditioned this beer on blackberry, blueberry and raspberry. Expect a fruit-forward, jammy beer, brightened with a clean and firm acidity.
