DESCRIPTION:Freddie’s 5k Run/Walk – A Neuroblastoma Treatment Relief Fundraiser\nJoin us for Freddie’s 5K\, a community run/walk along the Little Miami Scenic Trail to support 8-month-old Freddie Reichard\, recently diagnosed with stage 4 high-risk neuroblastoma which is a rare disease affecting fewer than 600 children nationwide each year. \nFreddie faces over a year of aggressive treatment\, and his mom Genevieve\, a Physician Assistant\, is now on unpaid leave to care for him full time. She and her husband Adam\, both University of Dayton grads\, are navigating this unimaginable journey with strength\, love\, and the support of their family and friends. \nAs the event coordinator at Fifty West and a close friend of Adam and Gennie this cause is incredibly personal to me. 100% of proceeds from this event will help offset medical bills\, lost income\, and childcare for Freddie’s big sister\, Evie. \nYour $20 entry includes race entry\, a post-run beer\, and a regular fry. Additional donations are welcome. Tickets for kids 12 and younger are only $10 and includes a free non alcoholic slush.
