SUMMARY:Tuesday Night Ride
DESCRIPTION:This ride leaves every Tuesday 6:30pm sharp from our parking lot. (Please note that the starting time may change as we go through the season.) Brenda Wimberg will be our ride leader. Geared towards intermediate riders\, the ride will start on the bike trail and head towards Milford\, \nSpeed\, distance and difficulty will be adjusted according to the group’s capabilities\, average speeds of 12 to 15 miles per hour. Distances of 15 to 20 miles are expected. The ride will be both on the Little Miami Scenic Trail and on the roads in Terrace Park / Milford / Indian Hill. This is a no drop co-ed social ride. \nAfter ride fun\, food and beverages on site at Pizzelii’s Pizza\, Fifty West Brew Pub and Fifty West Production Works! \nAll riders are Required to wear a helmet. Road bike or hybrid bikes are recommended\, as are lights as the ride may end at dusk. \nNo drop ride policy.   \nCycling is a physically demanding activity which requires a high level of fitness\, skill\, nutrition\, preparation\, correct equipment and adherence to rider etiquette. Cycling on public roads is a potentially dangerous activity which carries risks.   We do our best to accurately describe the fitness and skill levels that are required\, as well as the expected terrain and conditions for each ride. \n“No drop ride” means that the group will stop and reform at the tops of hills\, and/or after the group splits up\, before the next turn. \nIt may occur that your fitness level will not match that of the rest of the group.  If this occurs\, please notify the ride leader\, it may be suggested that you turn back for your own comfort and safety.

DESCRIPTION:EVENT SOLD OUT \nFifty West Brewing Company  and Yellow Springs Brewery have united under the auspices of a mutual love for great craft beer and bikes. Welcome to our epic brewery to brewery organized group ride on the Little Miami Scenic Trail. Who wants to journey together across Ohio fueled by our own feet\, community of the group and the promise of good suds at the finish line? \nRiders can purchase tickets on this page. Select (and plan to check-in) at your desired brewery of origin (and departure). The adventure will begin the morning of September 1st between 8-8:30AM\, at each respective brewery\, with riders departing as a group at 8:30am with a planned pace of 6 hours. Each respective brewery’s coterie of riders will converge at a mutual stopping point near Caesars Creek for an intermission\, including 50W curated boxed lunches. \nRegardless of your destination\, whether it’s Yellow Springs Brewery (if you start in Cincinnati) or Fifty West Brewing Co (if you start in Yellow Springs)\, you will be greeted with high fives\, a commemorative surprise\, and a congratulatory pint of beer. So what are you waiting for? Grab a friend and join us for the ride! \nAll participants will need to find their own transportation home. If you can find transportation\, we suggest beginning at the brewery farthest from your home base\, so you end up near your house at the end of this event. \nWe encourage Cincinnati-based riders to visit Fifty West Cycling for a tune-up.
