Before each lap\, you’ll drink one beer. Once finished\, you’re clear to start your next lap. Drink. Dash. Repeat. After the race\, head to the Beer Garden for a celebratory brew and burger. A DJ is tentatively scheduled to keep the energy up\, and Cincinnatus Elite will be joining us—run alongside some of Cincinnati’s fastest or just enjoy the show. \n Registration includes: \nA free order of fries from the Burger Bar \nEntry into raffle prize drawings \nGift certificates for top finishers \nVodka Seltzer will be available as a gluten-free alternative. \nMust be 21+ to participate. \nOFFICIAL RULES \n1.    Each competitor drinks 4 cans of beer and runs 4 laps around the course. (Start – Beer\, Lap\, Beer\, Lap\, Beer\, Lap\, Beer\, Lap\, Finish) \n2.    Beer consumption will take place in the transition area only. \n3.    Do not tamper with the beer cans in any manner. I.E. no shotgunning\, puncturing the can\, or using a straw. Just drink the beer normally. \n4.    There will not be heats or waves. If you plan on trying to win\, head towards the front of the pack at start time. If you’re here for a good time and don’t care about winning\, head towards the back. \n5. Listen to your body! I understand that participation in sports\, leagues\, training groups\, or activities can involve certain risks\, including\, but not limited to\, death\, serious neck and spinal injuries resulting in complete or partial paralysis\, brain damage\, and serious injury to virtually all bones\, joints\, muscles\, and internal organs\, and that equipment provided for my protection may be inadequate to prevent serious injury. In addition\, I understand that participation in any sport\, league\, training group\, or activity involves activities incidental thereto\, including but not limited to\, travel to and from the site of activity\, participation at sites that may be remote from available medical assistance\, and the possible reckless conduct of other participants. I am voluntarily participating in this activity with knowledge of the danger involved and hereby agree to accept any and all risks of property damage\, personal injury\, or death. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fifty West Brewing Company\, LLC\, DeSlatt\, LLC\, Slatts Development\, LLC\, Perimeter Technologies Inc.\, and others listed for any and all claims arising as a result of my participation in sports\, leagues\, training groups\, or activities or any activities incidental thereto\, wherever\, whenever\, or however the same may occur. \n\n \n\nDogs: Fifty West Brewing Company and others listed above requires the owner or individual in possession of a dog which is on the property of Fifty West Brewing Company as an invitee/patron shall keep at all times the dog in the following manners: \n\nFirmly secured by means of a collar and chain or other device (leash)\, so that it cannot stray beyond the premises on which it is secured.\nUnder the reasonable control of some person\, preferably the owner\, at all times. \nConfined exclusively to the patio and taproom areas. \nOff the boardwalk area\, volleyball courts\, ice rink\, balcony\, parking lot (unless returning to a car)\, and inside the brewing production facility at all times. \nManagement reserves the right to deny access to any dog or other animal at any time. \nIf any of the above terms regarding dogs are violated\, the owner(s) and dog(s) will be required to leave the premises immediately. \n \n\nPhotography: I consent that Fifty West Brewing Company and others listed above may take and use photographs and/or digital images and/or videos of my participation in any sport\, league\, training group\, or activity at Fifty West Brewing Company for their use in social media\, website\, electronic publications\, newsletters\, promotions\, etc. I authorize use of these images without compensation. \n\n \n\nI understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive\, as permitted by the laws of the State of Ohio\, and I agree that if any portion is held invalid\, the remainder of the waiver will continue in full legal force and effect.
