Goats meander the yoga tent and have free rein to interact with participants as we stretch\, breathe\, pose\, and play with some of them. \nIncluded in your purchase is a one-hour yoga session followed by a 30-minute playtime with the goats. To top it off\, a complimentary beverage is included. Two sessions will be available on this day. \nBring your own yoga mat\, water will be provided. \n
